Carrera and Ducati renew partnership through 2029

Safilo Group brand Carrera Eyewear has announced the renewal of its partnership with Ducati, extending their collaboration through 2029.

As part of the renewed agreement, the Carrera X Ducati collection, a comprehensive range of sunglasses and optical frames, will continue to be available.

The forthcoming Spring/Summer 2025 collection draws inspiration from Ducati’s high-performance Panigale V4 motorcycle and the signature styling of the brand’s design team based in Borgo Panigale. Styles are characterized by lightweight materials like carbon fiber and titanium and flexible ones like Ultem and rubber.

“The partnership between Carrera and Ducati goes beyond products and sponsorships: over the past few years, we have built a great work team together, that has transposed the ambitious successes enjoyed on the racetrack onto the eyewear sector,” said Alberto Macciani, Safilo Group chief marketing officer OCB’s & global head communication. 

Carrera will also remain the official partner of Ducati Corse during the 2025, 2026, and 2027 MotoGP seasons. For the upcoming 2025 season, two-time MotoGP World Champion Francesco Bagnaia and fellow rider Marc Marquez will front the new ad campaign for the Carrera|Ducati collection.
