Dubbed “The Quest: 270 Years of Seeking Excellence,” the immersive exhibition explores the brand’s legacy of craftsmanship, innovation, and cultural exchange since its founding in 1755, through a curated journey of timepieces, calibres, components, watchmaking tools, and archive materials.

Spanning seven chapters, The Quest takes visitors through Vacheron Constantin’s legendary heritage, its mastery of artistic crafts and finishings, its deep ties to global cultures, and its partnership with the Louvre.

The journey culminates in a star-strewn finale that contemplates time, the cosmos, and the Maison’s future, and a final celebration of the Maison’s latest creations specially conceived for this milestone year.

The choice of Shanghai for the exhibition’s debut is symbolic. Vacheron Constantin’s connection to China dates back 180 years, to 1845. The Shanghai edition of The Quest celebrates this legacy with an exclusive showcase of watches created specifically for the Chinese market.

Following its Shanghai debut, The Quest will continue to tour major cities around the world throughout 2025.
