Tod’s Group is parting ways with its CEO of the Americas region, Roberto Lorenzini. The manager, who took office 14 years ago, is leaving his role in mutual agreement with the company and the Della Valle family.

“Roberto has decided that this is the right time to undertake new opportunities in line with his future professional goals and ambitions,” reads a local group communication.
Tod’s has already identified his replacement, who will be announced shortly, while Lorenzini will remain with the company as an advisor to ensure continuity of management in the region during this transition phase.
Prior to taking the helm of Tod’s America, Lorenzini served as chief commercial officer of Etoile Group, president and CEO of Sixty USA, and president and chief operating officer of Versace USA. Previously, he held positions at Fendi, PwC, and Deloitte & Touche.
Lorenzini’s exit marks the conclusion of a long journey during which the manager played a crucial role in Tod’s Group’s growth in the United States. Most recently, he supported the launch of an innovative business model designed to strengthen partnerships with key wholesale customers, resulting in a significant improvement in sales performance.
“It has been an extraordinary honor to lead this organization for over a decade. I am proud of what we have accomplished together, from the resilience we have demonstrated in difficult times to the introduction of new growth models. With this team and clear direction, I am confident that the company is well-positioned for the future. I would also like to express my sincerest gratitude to the Della Valle family for entrusting me with this responsibility and for their continued support over all these years,” Lorenzini commented.
