Dior names Mia Goth new brand ambassador

Dior announced on Thursday the appointment of Mia Goth as brand ambassador to the French maison, the latest celebrity recruitment ahead of Jonathan Anderson’s debut for Dior women’s on October 1.

“Mia Goth becomes a Dior ambassador for the collections by Jonathan Anderson,” said the Paris-based house in a press release.

“A bold, unique actress, she embodies a modern vision of Dior style through her artistic choices and magnetic charisma with a rare, profoundly independent presence. An alliance that celebrates contemporary femininity and elegance, echoing the House’s perpetually reinvented creative world.”

Goth, 31, is British actress best known for her roles in movies, “Pearl” and “MaXXXine,” after making her film debut in “Nymphomaniac: Volume II”. Other notable films for the star include “The Survivalist”,
“Everest”,  “A Cure for Wellness”, “High Lif “and horror movie, “Suspiria”, as well as “Emma”, released in 2020.

The actress is also set to star opposite Jacob Elordi and Oscar Isaac in Guillermo del Toro’s “Frankenstein”, where she plays the monster’s bride.

Goth’s appointment comes just days after Dior revealed Greta Lee as its newest brand ambassador for the collections designed by Jonathan Anderson.

Earlier this month, American actress Mikey Madison was announced in the same role, joining a roster of ambassadors that includes Anya Taylor-Joy, Jisoo, Anna Sawai, Camille Cottin, and Beatrice Borromeo.
