Alex Didymiotis has been appointed chief people officer, while Alfie Meekings is now chief transformation and technology officer, “ensuring that both of these critically important areas are represented at the highest level of the business”.

Didymiotis joined the group as global people and culture director in April 2024, having previously been in senior roles at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, TFG Brands and Phase Eight

The company said she’s made “a significant contribution to strengthening the group’s culture and people strategy” and that she now “continues to lead the group’s global talent agenda, culture initiatives and HR operations, with her promotion underlining the importance of people leadership to the business”.

Meekings also joined last year — in November — as global director of transformation having spent over a decade in business transformation and technology, with senior roles at Selfridges and Tesco, as well as consultancy work with Charlotte Tilbury Beauty and EY.

We’re told that in less than a year, he’s “successfully delivered a number of strategic projects and played a key role in setting the group’s future vision, with a renewed focus on the customer, underpinned by advancements in data, AI and innovation”.
