Topman launches artist collab capsule

Trend-focused menswear brand Topman has released a country/cowboy-inspired limited-edition fashion collaboration with contemporary artist Mason Newman.

Blending contemporary art with streetwear, the ‘Romance at the Rodeo’ Mason Newman x Topman collection features eight standout pieces in elevated jersey fabrics and trims, including heavyweight loopback sweats and textured jerseys.

Select garments feature a dry, textured feel, cropped and boxy fits, and a that country/cowboy inspiration with the Romance at the Rodeo line appearing on a few items.

Along with the main theme, “high-build prints, pigment and foam printing, and embroidered graphics bring Newman’s artwork “vividly to life, creating bold pieces that feel personal, wearable, and visually striking”.

“This collaboration is a natural fit for Topman, a brand with a rich heritage of championing culture and creative partnerships, from musicians to designers and artists always pushing boundaries and spotlighting fresh perspectives”, said Topman.

To celebrate the launch, the collection will be showcased alongside Newman’s original artwork, at the ST.ART Gallery in London from Friday (26 September) for seven days, offering an immersive space “where fashion and art collide”.
