Net-a-Porter founder Natalie Massenet and her ex-partner Erik Torstensson (co-founder of Frame) have ended a messy lawsuit in which damaging allegations had been made.

They told US publication Page Six that “the parties are pleased that all of the unfortunate litigation between them has been withdrawn”.
Massenet had said Torstensson was a drug addict, as well as patronising prostitutes and using her to “bolster his professional career”.
She claimed she’d spent tens of million funding his lifestyle to support his business and that there was an understanding she would be paid back, a promise on which she said he’d reneged.
But in return he also accused her of drug taking, excessive drinking and using her power to “exert control of him”.
The damaging accusations had shocked the industry when they emerged last month. But apart from the statement saying the suit had been withdrawn, there were no further details available on whether the parties had reached any kind of settlement.
