British haircare scalpcare brand Philip Kingsley has appointed Joseph Scott Grigsby its new chief executive officer, joining from premium haircare brand Virtue this month.

Grigsby brings a “wealth of brand-building insight” to Philip Kingsley, with over 25 years’ experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
He was a founding member of Estée Lauder’s EMEA Corporate Innovation team, and held leading roles in marketing, sales, innovation and retail for Sephora EU and L’Oréal. He most recently spearheaded international expansion at Virtue.
Anabel Kingsley, brand president and consultant trichologist at Philip Kingsley, said: “Joseph brings exceptional leadership and experience in the global beauty and cosmetic industry, particularly in the hair category. His expertise in marketing, innovation, retail, and international expansion, combined with his passion for brand building, will be invaluable as we continue to scale globally.
