In the Raiders‘ long storied history, many Hall of Fame caliber players have come through. Some were original Raiders and some were already great when they joined the team. This included some of the greatest receivers the NFL has ever known.
In fact, of the top ten wide receivers in NFL history with the most touchdowns scored, three of them once donned a Raiders jersey.
Topping the list is the GOAT Jerry Rice with an unrivaled 197 career touchdowns. Rice had already scored 176 of those touchdowns before he joined the Raiders and added 18 more in his four seasons in Silver & Black plus three more in the playoffs.
Second in the ranking is Randy Moss, whose career with the Raiders is one most fans would prefer to forget. He came to Oakland via trade with the Vikings and lasted two seasons there. Actually, he quit on the team well before then. While his first season he just surpassed 1000 yards (1005) with eight touchdowns, he managed just 553 yards and three touchdowns in year two and was traded to the Patriots.
And just sneaking onto the list is Davante Adams who spent a little over two seasons with the Raiders, putting up 23 of his career 103 touchdowns for his childhood team. At age 32, he still has a chance to move up the ranks. Then again so does Mike Evans who is just ahead of him and is also still active.
