Revlon has appointed Amber Garrison, a seasoned beauty executive with more than two decades of experience, to lead the Elizabeth Arden brand and oversee the company’s global fragrance category.

Garrison most recently served as global brand president of Origins at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she drove innovation and digital acceleration. Her earlier career included roles at Boston Consulting Group, since gaining expertise in skincare, fragrance, brand transformation, global strategy, and consumer engagement.
Garrison will be based in New York and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams around the world.

The announcement coincides with Elizabeth Arden’s 115th anniversary, including the launch of a new spokesperson in China and a consumer event in New York City, spotlighting the brand’s digital-first transformation and innovation strategy.
