Kurt Geiger adds another string to its bow with Dora Larsen lingerie collab

We used to described Kurt Geiger as a footwear retailer, then a footwear and accessories retailer and then an accessories and footwear retailer (subtle difference, but accessories is now its biggest category). So what next? It looks like it’s now an accessories, footwear and lingerie retailer.

The company has teamed up with another British brand, Dora Larsen, to unveil their first-ever collaboration: a limited-edition capsule collection “that brings bold, joyful design to the most personal layer of style”.

The pieces will be available in Kurt Geiger’s UK and US stores and online.

Both labels are known for their “love of colour, self-expression, and distinctive design” and this collection “reimagines Kurt Geiger’s iconic rainbow palette through the lens of Dora Larsen’s soft, feminine aesthetic” — brought to life in exclusive lingerie and sleepwear sets.

The first release from the collaboration has just launched and includes a Cami and Short Set, made from responsibly sourced silky viscose with a scallop-edge lace trim. It’s available in pastel pink with orange lace and blue straps, or fuchsia with green lace and orange straps — think the same colour palette found on some of Kurt Geiger’s shoes and bags.

The second release, which will arrive ahead of Valentine’s Day, features a Triangle Bralette and matching Knicker made from soft stretch tulle, embellished with recycled heart embroidery and contrast trims. That one will be offered in two colourways — rich brown with pink and orange straps and rainbow heart embroidery, and pale pink with green straps and the same rainbow detailing.
